Dead Acu-Link Internet BridgeSmartHub. Get 1 flash of blue when plugged in and thats it. No network activty even after leaving plugged in for hours. Checked the router and don't see it pulling a DHCP address so appears to be in a boot loop?  I was unable to find the "self-service form for replacement smartHUB" anywhere on the site. Has it been moved?

Hello Chuck,

Do you have a different Ethernet cord you can try with the smartHUB? We want the amber light in the back to flash. The green light should be steady. The blue lights should function as follows: The left blue light is a network status light. It should flash for 1 second each time a reading is sent otherwise it will be steady. The right hand light should be solid steady. What is the model number of your smartHUB? Thank you.

Yes. Tried a different ethernet cord prior to posting message. Same result.

After reading some more last night I tried pressing the register button as another person suggested and then left unit unplugged and tried again this morning. Now I have the both blue lights steady and on the network side I have a solid green and flashing amber. Checking the DHCP I still do not see it pulling an address.

The model is  09150TRX.
