Data Not Updating On Dashboard Or IOS App

Data has not updated since 3:00am EST (7 hours ago) on the MyAcurite Dashboard site or on the IOS app.  5in1 is displaying properly, bridge is operating correctly and WU is getting accurate updates.  Appears to be an Acurite systems/server problem.  What's going on?

I am experiencing the same thing.  My iPhone and computer Dashboard has read 42 degrees for the last 24 hours.  How can I fix this?

No, I do not have a HUb.  I downloaded PC connect to my laptop to set it up. It connected but has not since.

Do I have to connect my computer to the display inorder to transfer data???

Hello Joe,

If you are using a PC Connect display you do need to have the display connected to your computer at all times to view your data remotely. Please verify the display is on Mode 3. Verify you downloaded the new AcuRite PC Connect software (v.2.0.3) and removed the previous software you had been using. Once this is done, PC Connect needs to be connected to add the MAC address/Device ID. Under Data Transfer you should check the box if you want automatic data transfers, then chose how often you would like them to transfer. Below you should see Weather Sharing, check the box that says Share my Weather Data, a box should appear asking for your Device ID, enter the 12 digit ID and click 'Share Now'. Under status you should see the display detected, below you should see a time stamp of the current data transfer. Below you should see My AcuRite Sharing Active. After this is set up you can click the plus button on My AcuRite and add your Display Device ID.  Make sure that your PC does not go into sleep mode. In order for the information to transmit online, the following things need to happen.

You need to keep the display plugged into the computer

You need to have the software running

The computer needs to stay on and running (going into sleep mode will prevent any readings from transmitting)

The computer needs to be online at all times

If one of these things is not happening that could be why your information is not transmitting online. Thank you. Have a good day!

Hello Regina,

You will need to be at the smartHUB location to preform the necessary troubleshooting steps. The steps above are for a PC Connect display. If you are using a smartHUB, please power cycle your smartHUB and router. To do this, you will unplug your Ethernet cable from the router then the adapter for the HUB. After this you can unplug your router. Please leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. When you plug them back in plug the router in first and let it completely boot up, then you can plug the Ethernet cable into the router after that the adapter.  Thank you.
