Data Logger full - will not download to PC

I am trying to get my new AcuRite Weather Station, Model 02032 to download the data file to my PC. It displays "Data logger full connect to PC to transfer". I have had it connect for several hours now, but nothing has downloaded. I have changed USB cables and ports on my PC with no download occurring. I am using Window 10 with the latest updates installed and AcuRite PC Connect software v. 2.0.3. The "Indoor Display:" does change to "Not Detected" when I disconnect the USB from the unit or PC. The "Data Transfer" field is reporting "(Wait...)". The destination directory on my PC (\...\Documents\AcuRite Weather Station) is empty. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Hello Mark and Carl,

Do you have the display set to USB Mode 3?  If the display is in a different mode, it will not transfer data.

What is the model number of your display? Can you provide a picture of the PC Connect software like Mark has done above?
