Data gaps after installing Access

Every day it seems there is a gap in my data being reported to Weather Underground and MyAcurite. It's usually 1 or 2 hours. I've haven't had any network problems that I'm aware of so it seems to be the signal between the 5-in-1 sensor and the Access. I never had any issues with signal loss with the smart hub unless the network was down or there was a power failure. Is there a way to check the signal strength between the sensor and Access? Was the smart hub more sensitive than the Access? Also, the Access is in the exact same location that the smart hub was located.
