Data gaps after installing Access

Every day it seems there is a gap in my data being reported to Weather Underground and MyAcurite. It's usually 1 or 2 hours. I've haven't had any network problems that I'm aware of so it seems to be the signal between the 5-in-1 sensor and the Access. I never had any issues with signal loss with the smart hub unless the network was down or there was a power failure. Is there a way to check the signal strength between the sensor and Access? Was the smart hub more sensitive than the Access? Also, the Access is in the exact same location that the smart hub was located.

Hello Mike,
I was able to look at your Weather Underground account for the last couple days and did not see a gap in data.  Does this issue continue?

Hi Rachel. Thanks for getting back to me. The issue seems to have resolved itself a while ago without me doing anything. I haven't had any problems since. Thanks again and have a great day.
