Data from SmartHub doesn't transfer to Access Hub

I followed the directions to replace my SmartHub with the AccessHub (https://kbase.myacurite.com/web/content/devices/replace-device.htm). Those directions state "When you replace an AcuRite Connection Device, its sensors are automatically added to the new device, all sensor settings and readings are retained". This did not happen. I am disappointed. I would have downloaded the data from the SmartHub first before making the switch.

I'm having the same issue - my AccessHub is not working and I'm unsure of what to do now.

My AccessHub itself is working. There was a tiny point of data when I looked at the Dashboard, it seemed to be sending data to WeatherUnderground (after I updated the profile), and after an hour the first graphs showed up on the dashboard. But no data got transferred from the SmartHub when I did the replace.

Hello Kathy,
We apologize for any confusion. When you replace the smartHUB with the Access My AcuRite should transfer the registered sensors to the Access however, it does not transfer their historical data.  You can reconnect the smartHUB and download your historical data.  We do apologize for any inconvenience experienced Kathy.
