Dashboard with AcuRite Access is brain dead!

I previously owned a AcuRite smart Hub and rarely had a problem with it.  However, my frustration level with the 'new and improved' AcuRite Access grows every day!  I am constantly getting alerts which generate 'Loss of Signal' emails multiple times a day!

Apparently the idiots that wrote the code for how the new Access is supposed to interact with the Dashboard left out a few things.  Somehow the sensors can have an Excellent signal strength and be offline at the same time!  I've included a screen capture of both the interface from the router and the Dashboard to demonstrate what I mean.

Explain THAT Acurite!

Yes, this has been noted before.

One theory is that it might be caused by clock drift between the servers and the Access.   Some have noted that shortening the DHCP lease time in your router (usually 24 hours) to something shorter seems to help (say, an hour or so).

My guess is that this might work because the Access is re-synchronizing its clock after each DHCP renewal.

This is just conjecture, but it doesn't hurt to try if you're comfortable making such a change in your router's DHCP service.  Shortening the DHCP lease time should have no ill effects for a typical home network.

I'd give it a shot, but I haven't been able to replicate this problem with my Access devices.

The Dashboard has always been ridiculously  laggy.  How can one pick optimal locations when you need HOURS for the status to update?  (access was offline due to a power outage/UPS failure. it took Hours for the RED to clear, even while the graphs were updating regularly)  :(
