Dashboard stopped reporting

My Dashboard has just stopped reporting (updating) about a week ago.  I updated to AcuRite Access 09155m months ago and it has worked flawlessly until now. Weather Underground is unaffected and is operating normally and continues to update, so I know my Access is working properly (blue light is solid). I deleted my device and tried to reinstall it on My.AcuRite but I get the error below:
  • Device must be connected and reporting data to claim it. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking.

I now have no device in My.Acurite and Weather Underground continues to update and refresh normally.

I renamed my device and managed to reconnect to Acurite (solid blue light) but dashboard says offline.

Now Weather Underground has now stopped reporting.
