Customers who live outside of US and Canada

Do you have a plan to help your customers who live outside of US and Canada. Because if you are not interested then do not have your products through eg. Amazon and so on.
Thanks. It would be very important to get a response from the company's president.

Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately does not solve my problem.

 

When I bought the 4 smartHUBs  with the following serial number (24:C8:6E:04:86:4B) AND (24:C8:6E:04:B7:F6) AND (24:C8:6E:06:59:B2) AND (24:C8:6E:06:6D:D2) from Amazon AND ebay no one informed me that those smartHUBs where going to work only for a certain period of time.

Because if I knew that I was not going to buy them. To buy such equipment only for a year make no sense. 

 

The only thing that could help me is to give me four coupons each coupon for each one that I already have and to give me the opportunity to buy them via www.borderlinx.com as I had already done, because I live in Europe and not in the USA.

I understand that to upgrade my equipment is interesting and sometimes helpful, but this may happen with a free decision and with a free will and not necessarily because I cannot do anything else.

 

So I am waiting to see your interest for your customers with actions, because that should be the only thing that can help me .

You're better off cutting your losses and buying something else. I'm in Australia and have similar issues.

I discovered my warranty is invalid due to purchasing through Ebay (item was actually delivered directly from Woot/ Amazon.)  AcuRite don't honor warranty for products sold through Ebay. So I've got a HD Display with faulty firmware, the part that makes me mad is AcuRite promised they were going to replace it until the Ebay issue arose.

I had to modify the 5 in 1 sensor to flip the wind direction 180 degrees (in order that the solar panels are directed towards the sun), there's no time zone option on the HD display for places outside of North America, the HD Display firmware has errors and for whatever reason they didn't design it so the end user could update the firmware! There's also no battery backup in the HD display if you lose power. The RF range between the 5 in 1 and HD Display was also erratic until I located the two close together.

So something that could have been fantastic has left a sour taste in my mouth. When it breaks I'll be buying a different brand- and researching the features a lot more carefully.
