I've been trying to place an order for two weeks now for my company. I was finally able to place the order online, but it was flagged, I'm assuming because my billing address is my house and my ship to was my company. The email said to call back or reply with a time they could call me or my order would be cancelled. I replied back to the email, then called and left my call back number. That was Friday - no one called me back. I'm now on hold, again, approaching 45 minutes. This is poor service, if I had an alternative product to use I would. Why not hire someone else, even an intern, for orders? I have a feeling the support queue and sales queue are the same... it can't possibly take 45+ minutes for 3 customers with sales questions.
