It takes hours, experience has shown it is up to 7 hours, to get a response to phone in Technical Support, the phone back option doesn't work, e-mail inquiries don't respond within the stated 3 days and replies to inquiries for discounts on the Access system for Smart Hub owners don't get a response.

Their company is a sinking ship if people still aren't getting through.  I see the cutoff for the discounts is still March 31, and unless you only need 1 access, you still have to call.  Seems like the whole discount is a scam as well.
