Customer service never answered, stuck with a dead hub and 3 sensors that I can't add to anything.

One of my hubs isn't working after migration. It says I need to complete setup. Waited 30 minutes for a "Level 1" tech to tell me immediately they would put me on hold for a "Level 2." I left my number when asked, and never got a call back. What can I do? One of the hubs is simply dead, it seems. Lights are flashing, but can't interact with it online.

Call back in the morning and make sure your phone has a full charge. And your charger plugged in when you can, I waited on hold for over three hours once. Are your devices under warranty? If so ask for a Return Merchandise authorization and send it back for repair/replacement.

Hello Adam,

What is the model number of your smartHUB and what are the lights doing on the smartHUB?  The lights should function as follows: The left blue light is a network status light. It should flash for 1 second each time a reading is sent otherwise it will be steady. The right hand light should be solid steady.  The next step is to register the device on My AcuRite. Create your account on My AcuRite and then do the following steps.

1. Go to settings and click devices.

2. Enter your device ID and zip code.

3. Enter your address information where the smartHUB is located.

4. Select if you want the station pressure which is a raw pressure you can calibrate, or the adjusted pressure which is a calibrated pressure based off your altitude.

5. Click Save.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and add your sensors.

**Note it make take a little bit of time before your sensor information comes up.

If this doesn't correct the problem, please power down your smartHUB and router for about 2 minutes. Unplug the Ethernet cord from the router.  After two minutes power up the router. Plug the Ethernet cord into the router, and power up the smartHUB. Give it a minute or two, and you should start transmitting online.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with. Thank you.
