Customer service hung up.

Tried to order the new access this weekend with the discount code from the smart hub email. Somehow the discount code order went through, then a second order for full price. I called to cancel the second order at 3:25 est and was promptly hung up on at exactly 6pm. These people can't pay a little overtime for the people in the cue? Now I see all the CS problems on this forum, I really like the 5 in 1 and the software and apps, but when this smart hub stops connecting I will be looking elsewhere. If I can't get through tomorrow to cancel the order, both will go back. Just ridiculous, I get better service from government agencies.

and both orders shipped..I have only been a customer since August and already hate this company.
