Acurite 0915M Smart Hub

My smart hub stopped receiving data about a month ago. Finally took the time to look at it and found it dead. I looked at other posts on this and tried everything from holding the activate button for 45 seconds to unplugging it for 5-10 minutes, then plugging it back in. No lights, no response. I used my VOM to measure the output from the power adapter and it reads 5.0VDC as it should. Any thoughts?  Tnx

If you don't measure the voltage of the power adapter under load, the reading could be misleading you.  I'd try another power adapter with compatible specs if you have one.

Also, if you hold down the activate button too long, it will turn off the blue lights.  If that has happened, you should be able to correct that by holding the activate button down again while powering up.

In any case, you should always see the green and amber lights on the network connector working if the SmartHUB is properly powered.
