Color Weather Station Display & 5-in-1 Weather Environment System

Was looking through reviews and saw most of the reviews talking about the backlight staying lit on the colored display, wondering if there is a way to turn on the display backlight because mine only shows when I push the light button on the back of the display. Any comments help, thanks

Jacob the features are different for different model displays. On some the backlight will stay on only when the unit is powered from an AC adapter.

That is the model number according to the back of the display, I do have it plugged in and on battery backup, I am not sure if that matters, but I figured the more information I can give you, the more helpful it should be.

Hello Jacob,

Can you please provide a picture where you have the adapter plugged in? If you wiggle the wire on the adapter does the backlight come on? The backlight should stay on while the adapter is plugged in, and will be momentary if it is running on battery power only.   Thank you. Enjoy your day!

I got it to work, didn't have the adapter plugged into the back of the screen all the way, because it stopped mid way and I didn't want to push it in and cause damage to the unit. Thanks for the assistance and have a wonderful day.
