Color Display 5-in-1 buttons don't work properly.
I push them about 5 times or more before they do what they meant for.

Under warranty. Get a new one. Or remove power and batteries for 30 seconds. For reset. Note you will loose all your settings and rain levels

When the buttons work, they do something else not what they are meant to do!

How do I get the warranty to cover me?

Hello Josiah,

 What kind of batteries are you using? When was this model purchased? Please perform the recommend troubleshooting steps listed below.

1. Remove the AC adapter and all of the batteries from the display.

2.  Press the reset button for 10 seconds.

3. Reinstall the AC adapter and batteries.

4. Press the reset button once more for 10 seconds.

The order number provided shows us that a model 02032L-bundle was purchased.  This does not match the unit you have mentioned above.  We see another order for you that was placed the same day which has the correct model number.  Please try the troubleshooting steps below.  Thank you.



To do a factory reset: (THIS WILL CLEAR ALL OF YOUR HISTORYAND YOUR SETTINGS)

Please verify that you are using a name brand (Rayovac or Energizer) standardalkaline batteries in the display unit. We do not recommend using anything thatis heavy duty, rechargeable, store brand or Lithium inside of the display.

- Remove all power, AC adapter and batteries, from the display unit.
- Press and hold down the pin hole reset button, located in the batterycompartment, for 20 seconds.
- Plug back into AC power and insert recommended batteries.
- Press and hold down the pin hole reset button for an additional 20seconds.
- Verify that the unit has powered on and once connection has been made,attempt to set time and date.

Yes, I am using Energizer.
I did that reset, it worked at first, but when I get to the date it started again.

Hello Josiah,

Just to confirm you are saying the buttons will work until you go to set the date on the display?  Can you please confirm the model number of the display you have? Is it the 01036 or the 02032? Thank you.

no, the buttons don't work in any menu.

Hello Josiah,

The order number you provided above is a 02032 display, and not a 01036 display.  I was able to find the order with the 01036 display in it.  We have emailed you at the address on file to initiate a warranty claim. Please check your inbox.

Sent it in, just got it back, and it still does not work.
Can I get a refund or trade for this (Model #: 06058M) of the same value?
I know you do your best to sell the highest quality, but I have had too many problems with what I have now.(model#01036)
I have two of your Five in One Pro Weather Station and I am considering to buy one more or buy the new one when it comes out.
Please consider what I asked.
