Charts on iphone app "not found" but work on computer

When looking at charts on app, pop up says "not found". Everything works just fine on computer.
Tried deleting app and rebooting phone. Did not solve the issue.
Dashboard on phone works fine, just charts has issue.

This seems to be happening again tonight. Anyone else? It has happened to me several times and then restored itself. It seems to stop working outside business hours. Server issue?

I have the same problem. The app was working immediately after I migrated but a few days ago, charts stopped working with the "not found" error. When I touch rainfall on the dashboard the app crashes.

Yes, it is working and then not working. Can't really tell when and why. Seems to work less at night.
Just starts working again, nothing I do.

Same thing happening to me since I miigrated to the new app. Working on web dashboard. Not on iPhone.

Hello All,

If the mobile app is crashing, please close all currently open applications on the phone, and then try to open the My AcuRite application. If it still crashes, please power down your phone, and then close all open applications & try the My AcuRite application again. Thank you. Have a good day!

Hello Jennifer, The app is not crashing, at least in my case. It just does not show graphs and a pop up on the bottom states "not found". It seems to come and go. No real pattern to it. Just trying to provide info. The graphs on PC are great.

From everything that I'm seeing this appears to be a server problem. It seems like something is crashing at night and is being resolved first thing in the morning. Could you check with the developers?

Shutting down all apps and resetting phone has not resolved the issue as suggested by support. as others have said it is on and off

I get the same thing too. iPad and iPhone show the same 'Not Found' screen. But through the web the charts show. Just tried rebooting the iPhone still no luck

I'm fairly certain that it's a server side issue. I don't know why it's only happening at night unless during the day the developers keep it working.

Same for me as well. Was not working initially. Then miraculously started working this afternoon and now again not working. What's going on??? See the screenshot.

Despite all the best intentions it constantly does not show charts on Android app all tips tried but to no avail too bad

Only when I choose from main menu but tapping the temp icon from dashboard still says chart not available
