Can't Order New Access Because of System

I have tried to call and order line, but I get nothing but errors.  My card info is in correct.  I keep getting "There is a number of errors with the credit card fields".  I have put everything in correctly,  I have tried to call but "Our phone system is down, please call back later".  The company better honor the code after the cutoff date due to the inept way they made their order system and phone system.
