can't flip the time of the atomic projection alarm clock 13021

I got the Atomic Projection Alarm Clock model 13021. Using the projection time however the time can't be flipped so it can't be seen while laying down in bed.  It worked the 1st when I was setting it up.  Tried flipping it again by using the Flip button but the button doesn't work anymore. Thought that maybe it might help if I reset it but the reset button looks like an empty how  because I used a pin used for my cell phone to remove simcard but I don't touch anything unless I need a very long pointy stick to reset it.  So I removed the batteries and unplug it but the flip button still doesn't work. Is there a way to fix it?  And let me know about how the reset button should look like please.  Thank you

Hello Marga,

The reset button would be located below the time zone button in the battery compartment of the display. We would recommend doing the steps below which would cause the clock to go to factory default settings. If this doesn't correct the issue and you have had the clock for over 1 year we would recommend replacing it.

Please verify that you are using a name brand (Rayovac or Energizer) standardalkaline batteries in the display unit. We do not recommend using anything thatis heavy duty, rechargeable, store brand or Lithium inside of the display.

- Remove all power, AC adapter and batteries, from the display unit.
- Press and hold down the pin hole reset button, located in the batterycompartment, for 20 seconds.
- Plug back into AC power and insert recommended batteries.
- Press and hold down the pin hole reset button for an additional 20seconds.
- Verify that the unit has powered on and once connection has been made, attempt to set time and date.
