I am trying to get an answer on how to solve a problem, and I've tried to call support for most of the day today. I either want to talk to someone in tech support who can solve the problem, or someone in customer service so I can get a full refund (including shipping). I'd send an email or have a chat, but it appears that acurite is NOT "committed to providing exceptional customer support to each and every customer." It seems that those of us who were forced to buy the access were sent the pre-alpha version of the hardware. Is there a secret number for REAL service?
