Can't connect to support number

 I am trying to get an answer on how to solve a problem, and I've tried to call support for most of the day today. I either want to talk to someone in tech support who can solve the problem, or someone in customer service so I can get a full refund (including shipping). I'd send an email or have a chat, but it appears that acurite is NOT "committed to providing exceptional customer support to each and every customer." It seems that those of us who were forced to buy the access were sent the pre-alpha version of the hardware. Is there a secret number for REAL service?

Yep, phone system appears to be down. Trying to call in to get two Access units since my code is only good for one. Just don't instill customer confidence at this time.

All times Central Time.

In line and am # 4 at 1:48 PM.
# 3 at 1:51 PM.
Still #3 at 2:07 PM.
Still #3 at 2:48 PM. That is one hour on hold with no apparent progress since 1:51 PM.

I've already tried 16 times today, so I'm giving up until someone can tell me a reliable contact means.

Strange my last comment seems to have been edited out or got lost in Acurite space.

What I said was, while on hold as #3 in line,  called 262-729-4852 from my cell phone and received "We are experiencing system problems and cannot process your call".

Now, am I really #3 in line, is their system down and is there really anyone "assisting other customers"?

Still #3 in line at 2:57 PM.

OK, just hung up at 2:59 PM. You guys in que as #4 and above just jumped up one. 

Pretty much decided I don't need the two Access units now or anywhere in the future.

You're far more patient than I am. To be honest, I wish I HADN'T used the coupon and just waited until support ran out. So far the Access is nothing but a headache! When you do talk to them ask about support AFTER you get it.
