Cannot set up SmartHub

I connected the SmartHub (09150M) to my router, the green light is solid, the blue light has been rapidly blinking for 2 weeks.  Today I disconnected the hub, and powered it back on.  The light has been rapidly blinking for the past 2 hours, and I cannot add the device through MyAcurite.  Help.

What to do next kind of depends on which blue  light is flashing. this helps.
