Cannot received info from Smart hub on cell phone nor laptop.....Smarthub blinking red.

After an internet outage, I had the ISP tech come by to manually reboot the router.  My wifi connections to my HONEYWELL THERMOSTAT , NEST SMOKE DETECTORS AND BLINK CAMERAS all came back online.  however, the Acurite 0915M (purchased April 2018) did NOT....flashing RED light.  Removed the batteries, unplugged the AC adapter and removed batteries for 60 sec. Reconnected all and the light still blinking red...NOT STEADY BLUE!  what do I need to do?

Richard when you do the hard reset  on the Access unit you remove the batteries, the AC power and the Ethernet cable for 5 minutes and the restart it. They tell you to also restart the router at the same time, letting it start up first but you just did this in order to get everything else back on. hope this helps.
