I am unable to add alarms from my iOS app for wind alerts ect... It keeps saying it can't enable the alarm because there are no recipients. I have added my cell phone number and email and still no luck. What do I do? I have the 5 in one weather station with rain collector

Hi Michael,

Make sure that you are adding the email address and phone number to the alarm setting of the sensor.  If you have only entered it when you set up the loss of communication alerts when you set up your bridge then you will see the error that you are getting.  If you still continue to see this error, please call us at 844-228-5465 M-F 7am -7pm CST or Saturdays 8am - 4pm CST

I gave the same problem.
Interestingly, it only fails for barometric pressure and wind alarms.
I can set alarms for others.
For baro and wind, I get the error even if I put both email and SMS number.
Hopefully that tidbit will help you reproduce and fix the bug.

Hi Rick,

Have you tried setting up your alarms on the website rather than the app?  If not, please try that and let us know if you are still receiving that error.

Crystal - I was able to set alarms using the website.
And interestingly enough, once I did, I can edit them in the iPhone app without getting the error.
(which is probably why you can't reproduce the error. You may need to create a clean new account and try from the iPhone app first to reproduce, diagnose and then fix the bug).

Thank you!
