Cannot Contact Support!

I have been trying for days (calling and being put on hold for 60+ minutes, several times a day in some cases) to get a hold of this company to place an order for my access hub.  I call today and they say no one is available.  I'm just sick of this!  I was told over chat that someone would be in touch with me and I never got a call back.  

So Acurite- will someone PLEASE CALL ME BACK.

I finally got some support help on getting my Access to report to WU by contacted them here. You might try it too.
