Cannot connect to weather underground

Last week my weather underground stopped reporting my data. I have gone through all the upgrades both bridge and PC connect. I was on hold yesterday 1 hour and left call back number. Nobody called. Again today on hold for 45 minutes and down to 2nd caller in line then i got disconnected! Called back and system is down AGAIN! This is so frustrating. I have gone through all the trouble shooting regarding weather underground issues and everything is set up correctly. My Bridge is reporting my data and PC connect is receiving data and saving in my computer but nothing is being sent to WU. I have a 5 in1 device type. Please help correct this.

Hello Peggy,

Do you have your Wunderground sharing on your Software and My AcuRite? You do not want to use both of them unless they are different station ID's. What does it say on the software for Wunderground sharing?   If you take out one of the sharing configuration on My AcuRite and just use the software this should allow you to transmit without interruption as long as you are transmitting online. I am only sharing through my AcuRite hub not PC connect. I spent 45 minutes on phone this morning with AcuRite. They logged in and could not figure out why weather underground isn't receiving data. It all shut down when they did the software update. I have all the current updates on my computer. Maybe I should open a new WU account and try that?
