Can I download the data I had prior to connection to streaming?

Hello! I had installed my 5-in-1 model02064C Weather Station in May (2016). It was my understanding that the data logger saves data for 31 days. I didn't set up streaming or connect it to the PC till yesterday. When I click on the cloud to download the data, it starts from yesterday and doesn't show anything else. However the bottom "Weather Ticker" shows "record __ dates as far back as march. My question is this: Is there any way I can get the data it collected BEFORE the streaming started? I was outside when a dust devil formed, hit the sensor, then me. I read a 22MPH gust on the visual display but was hoping to get the time, pressure, temperature, and direction data from that day (approx. 15 days ago). Please help, thanks. :)

The internal logger only keeps data for two weeks.

If you hadn't set the USB mode to either 1 or 3 when you set it up, the internal data logger function would have been turned off.

The default USB mode is 2, which is display data only with no data logging or streaming.

Thank you. My fault then, I should've finished setting it up sooner. Just to be sure, how do you change the USB mode?

If you go into the settings mode on your display, it should be one of the options presented.

Where it shows up varies a bit from model to model.  I'm guessing yours will show up in the ticker display.

Hello Mike,

The model 02064 does not have a USB mode. It should be automatic for you. Please let us know if we can further assist you. Have a great day!

Just to confirm: Automatic as in, since i didn't have it plugged in prior to that day, it wasn't storing data until then?

Hello Mike,

What Jennifer is saying is the display does not have a USB Mode that you would need to change to start the stream to PC Connect.  The display should have been storing data before the unit was plugged in.  On average the unit will hold up to 12 days information before the data logger is full.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.  Thank you and have a great day!
