Bridge won't connect to new router

Bridge was working fine until I installed a new router. After the router was setup, Bridge lost it's connection and failed to update myaccurite. I tried powering off both router and bridge - unplugged ethernet - restarted - etc - and no effect. No lights on bridge at all.  (other than blinking lights next to where the ethernet cords come into the back of the bridge)

it almost feels like the bridge is dead. ??? What can I do?

Richard your saying that the blue lights on the side of the hub are off try pressing and holding the activation button for 10 - 15 seconds and see if they come back on when you release. If they do come on then you could see if maybe the hub lost connection with the sensor.

I pressed the Blue Activation Button for 10 Seconds - the lights are now blinking on the right side - left side is solid blue - my network does not see the device. WHen I look at my connected devices on my router - the HUB is not listed at all. I think the Drop KICK suggestion is the best one so far - but maybe someone has a more productive idea for how I can get this darn thing to work? Or am I gong to have to buy a new hub????

The Weather Display panel that I have in the kitchen is displaying up to date information - the only problem is the hub is not connecting to my router for some reason

Does your new router have 1G connections  like my Sonic Pace does?
Contrary to what the corporate spokespersons will say, use a 10/100 Switch between the (less than) SmartHub or if the Routers configuration permits, set the Single port to 100 HALF DUPLEX

If the right side is blinking rapidly it normally means it has no connection with a sensor.

Double Checked batteries in the Weahter Unit - the are fine. The Display screen is  up to date and shows current weather conditions - wind - temp - etc. BUT, my network does not recognize the hub. When I look at connected devices on my router - the HUB is not there.

Hello Richard,

Ledrak is correct. When the sensor status light is flashing this means that there is no connection with the sensor. What is the model number of your smartHUB?  How far is the sensor from your smartHUB? What kind of siding is on the building that the sensor is located in? Do you have the smartHUB plugged directly into a router or is it on a hub or a switch? We would recommend bringing the 5in1 inside and placing it about 3 to 5 feet from the smartHUB and power cycling the router and the SmartHUB. To do so unplug the SmartHUB from the router and the power and then unplug the router for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes plug the router back in. Once it is fully running plug the smartHUB back into the router first and then the power.

Thank you.
