Bridge still updating after 16 hours

Bridge update has not completed in 16 hours, blue light flashes intermittently. How long should it take?

Well it has been over 24 hours since I attempted to update the firmware on my bridge to no avail, I have yet to here from anyone from AcuRite.

Hello David,

Please power down your smartHUB for about 2 minutes. Unplug it from the router as well.  Plug it back into the router, and power it back up. Go to My AcuRite, and then settings. Click on Devices. Click Add. Enter your Mac Address which is your Device Id and zip code and then click add. If this doesn't allow you to add the smartHUB then please contact AcuRite Consumer Support at 877-221-1252. After 3 days it finally came online with no further action on this end. Must say looks good and was worth the wait.
