Bridge sensor sees the 5-in-1 pro, but the data is not updated

Hi Anton,

The weather station that you are seeing one your dashboard, is it labeled "Acurite HQ"?  If so, you are viewing our head quarters here in Lake Geneva rather than your own weather station.  Please follow the instructions below to fix that.

1) Login to http://www.aculink.com on a computer. After login, navigate to the upper right hand corner and click on the drop down menu by your e-mail address:

2) Select "Follow My Friend's Bridge" from the menu.

3) Click on the red X on the left of the AcuRite HQ bridge MAC address (Location: Lake Geneva, WI):

4) Click the "OK" button to stop subscribing to this bridge.
 
          A popup appears click OK to unsubscribe from bridge

Setup preferences are complete! You will no longer see AcuRite HQ in your AcuLink.com software.

You should now be able to register you mac address by clicking on your email address, choosing "Set up my Bridge" and adding in your information.  If you  have any other questions, please let us know.

a lot of data missing.  I can see current information on pc and tablet and phone but data to do a forcaste is  not there.  My weather dashboard for forecast gives no information.  This is not what I bought and paid for.  Is there a problem you will be fixing sooon or do I ask for my money back.  I bought this system to be able to weather when I am out of town.

Hi All,

 Our hosting services partner conducted an upgrade on their servers. As this occurred the historical data and charts are needing to catch up. With this being said each data element that records it's own separate data runs on it's separate process. The system and server on the back end are up and running and you may begin to notice some data coming in for some charts while not yet for another as the system continues to catch up. Example: You may see your data for humidity but not yet for rainfall. As this data continues to work through the system queues and catch up we will keep you updated. Thank You
