bridge not accepting conversion

My replacement BRIDGE took the new software version perfectly and I am now on the new system. Cudos to Jennifer in customer service. The working bridge connected within 10 minutes, I was able to easily navigate the new dashboard, get registered, back on line with WU. All is good. Thank you again Jennifer. As request my old bridge will be on the way back to you tomorrow.
