My bridge, after update de firmware, can't find signal from sensor. As you can see on the images, I have full signal on the display (and it is far form the sensor, the bridge is near), and I have no signal on the bridge. https://www.dropbox.com/s/8ftyzkzy7l65hx6/2016-08-15%2010.17.58.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/exvzxvkufxdc4fs/2016-08-15%2010.17.50.jpg?dl=0

Hi Rodrigo,

We see that your smartHUB is losing and then regaining connections, please verify that your smartHUB is at least 3 feet away from electronics to avoid interference.  You may also want to reboot your smartHUB by letting it power down for a full 2 minutes.  If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know.  Have a great day!

As you can see, the problem remains the same. Everything was working perfectly before the update. Now you gave me an equipment that doesn't work, just because an update that does not work. All you have to do is build and send to everyone a new update, that will fix this. That's simple!

Actually, it isn't that simple, as the last update works for most people.

The bridge uses a hardware radio module.  The firmware doesn't change the reception characteristics of that hardware module.

No.  For example, the reception on the bridge hardware has always been finicky.  It still is after the firmware update.  The firmware update did nothing that would change that.

If you had some other symptom, like the sensor ID or other read parameters being nonsensical, that might be blamed on the firmware update going wrong.

As Crystal pointed out above, they can see that you are gaining and losing connections at their location, and she suggests re-positioning the SmartHUB.  This is, unfortunately,  a common behavior of the bridge regardless of the firmware update.

If you have other symptoms that indicate something is wrong with the firmware, that would help them in their diagnoses.

Unfortunately there just isn't anything in your screen shot that indicates corrupted firmware.  If it is corrupted, there should be other problems that you would notice.

Today I received another firmmware update (version 224, up from 220 which you have).  I imagine you may be automatically updated in the near future.  It won't do anything for your reception problem, but it will confirm your firmware is not corrupted or not.

If the update had worked for everyone, so there would be no problem. If, after the update, some people have problems (and, as you can see, this "some" is a lot!), the problem is caused by the update. If everything was working fine before the update, only, and only one, the update is the cause of all problems.
