Sorry, the post was missing most of the info.  My model 09150TRX has failed.  Is repair available or do I need to buy a new one?  I have 2 of these and they have both worked intermittently since the upgrade to hubs from the bridge.  I have contacted Acurite several times about this already.  I enjoy your products but need something that works reliably.

The one that failed completely has no lights on. I checked the powe supply and it is good. I also checked it on a power supply for another hub that is working as of now. The problem with the working one is it only has lights for the ethernet.

Not really, the only thing replaceable is the power adapter that plugs into the wall outlet.  You can try swapping out another power cord to try on it to see if that would fix the power issue.  I've had a recent problem & it was the power cord plugged into the back had wiggle loose from moving the wires around.  If you can get a bread twisty tie & anchor it on to the rj-45 cable that will help it from coming loose.

Hello NDwx,

For the one that is showing that it has power, do you have a green and an amber light? If you are can you please press the activate button for 10 seconds and tell me if this does anything? Thank you.

The was a green and amber light at the ethernet connection. Press the button green and amber lights went off and then resumed "normal operation" of steady green, intermittent burst of flashing amber, no blue lights ever

Hello NDwx,

We can see on the one labeled Environmental Monitoring there are 2 sensors that are transmitting and 3 other sensors that are offline. The 5n1 is transmitting and so is the one labeled refrigerator. How far are the sensors from the smartHUB, and what type of construction material is the building that the smartHUB is in made of? What are the lights doing on this specific smartHUB? The one labeled Washburn only has one sensor connected to it which is a 5n1 sensor, and that is showing offline. How far is this sensor from the smartHUB, and what are the lights doing on this specific smartHUB?

The environmental monitoring smartHub has 3 transmitters that are offline due to distance and 2 of them are in freezers with metal construction that blocks the signal.  This smartHub was moved so it would pick up the 5n1 since the Washburn smartHub is not working as a result it isn't picking up the other 3 transmitters for now.

The environmental monitoring smartHub has a green and amber light at the ethernet connection. No blue lights ever.

The Washburn smarthub is dead, there are no lights on it.  Before it failed it had green and amber lights on the ethernet and the side lights intermittently flashed blue.  I have verified that this smartHub does not work by checking it with the power supply for the working device.

As noted before one smartHub (Washburn) is not working at all, the other one (Environmental) is working, and I can see the data on My Acurite for the Environmental smartHub but it will not update to WeatherUnderground at this time.  Both device were working until July 9th and viewable on My Acurite.  The device that failed (Washburn) also was updating to WeatherUnderground until that time.  I have tried changing the information so the other smartHub (Environmental) would update to Weather Underground but have had no success.  Both models are 09150TRX.

Hello NDwx,

For the Environmental smartHUB hold the register/activate button for 10 seconds that should toggle the blue lights on and off on the smartHUB. It is working because there are sensors that are currently on it transmitting. Once you release the button you should see the blue lights come on.  For Weather Underground please remove your Station ID and password on My AcuRite. Type it back in please do not copy and paste. If this doesn't get it transmitting some people have had success with their Station ID and passkey. If this does not get it transmitting then you will enter your station ID and password back in the credentials. After that is done then you will go to your devices profile on My AcuRite and change the device address to any other address other than what you currently have it on. It will push the readings to Weather Underground. It should start updating. Once it does you can change the address back to the correct address.  It looks as though everything stopped reporting July 9th. Was there a storm that came through and knocked everything offline? Did you change Internet providers or change out any equipment at that time? For the Washburn smartHUB are you able to try the power cord from the Environmental monitoring smartHUB to see if you get any lights on the smartHUB? How long have you had the smartHUB for?

The Environmental smartHub blue lights have not worked since the update from a bridge to a smartHub.  No mater how many times the button is held in it will not toggle the lights on.

I got the Weather Underground page to start updating by trying all of the steps.  Finally after changing the address it started updating.

Correct everything stopped working on July 9th following a thunderstorm and possible power outage.

I have tried using the power cord from the working smartHub on the non working smartHub and the non working smartHub is still dead.

The good news is that the Weather Underground page is updating again.  Thanks for the help!

Hello NDwx,

Where was the smartHUB purchased? How long have you had the product for?
