Hello boyd low,

Are you referring to the rain? If you are not receiving rain reads please make sure you have removed the rain gauge stabilizer. This is taped in place for shipping purposes only and will prevent the unit from registering rainfall. As shown in the picture below. if the rain gauge stabilizer has been removed please check for debris by following the instructions below.

Items Needed: 5-in-1 sensor, Philips screwdriver, toothbrush (optional), moth ball (optional)

  1. First, open your 5-in-1 sensor by removing the (4) four screws from the bottom. The screws toward the center of the sensor are for Rain Gauge calibration only. Do not adjust these screws.
  2. After your sensor has been opened, remove any insects, cobwebs, or debris. An old toothbrush can help to clean out the hard-to-reach places.
  3. To further defend against insects crawling into your sensor, you may place a moth ball in the nook, near the tipping buckets (shown in video). Adhere the moth ball to the sensor with a piece of tape.
    • Note: Insect repellant may be used for additional protection, but should not be sprayed on the internal components or into the sensor.
  4. Reassemble the 5-in-1 sensor by replacing the (4) four screws on the bottom of the sensor that were removed earlier.
If there is not debris please move forward with a hard reset.

Hard Reset:

- Bring both units side by side and remove all batteries, unplug display if it has an ac adapter
- Change the ABC Switch to a different setting and ensure that both are on the same setting. example - If on A, move both to C
- Place batteries into the outdoor sensor first
- Place batteries into display
- Allow units to sit side by side until they connect.

I did all of this 2 or 3 times , after taking the cover off and move the rain cup ,I see that the sincer is not sending to weather sensor. How do I send back to be fixed or replaced?
