Bad sensor? Lousy customer service experience.

One of three units reports wide humidity fluctuations. I have stations six inches from another sensor that experiences no such fluctuations. All three units have brand new lithium batteries. Have tried removing the batteries for fifteen minutes and restarting but no change. Bad sensor? If so, how do I request a replacement?

Like many others, I'll reiterate that your steadfast refusal to offer customers access to support via email signals an unrivaled contempt for your customer. Please have someone in the c-suite respond to us because I cannot fathom a rationale this policy.

Welcome to the club. After over two hours of phone calls being transferred around and finally disconnected I posted my problem here a week ago. Not even a reply after a week. This company has gone downhill, unfortunately,

Hello tonyroman2,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.  We are trying to work with you regarding the issues you have experienced with your Access. We did request the following information on another thread.

Did you have the batteries in the Access since you have had it powered on? What is the name brand of the batteries you are using in the Access?  What type of network set up do you have? Who is your Internet service provider? What is the model number of your router? Were there any internet or power outages that you could recall around that time or is this a remote device? Just to confirm the display is reading the correct rainfall right?
