I made the mistake of calibrating rain gauge without disconnecting from the smart hub

Unfortunately that feature is not available on myAcurite.  Perhaps in the future it will be added.

If you are sending data to wunderground, you might be able to edit the bad data by looking at your data in table form and deleting the rainfall entries.  It's a clumsy process, but usually it works.

Thanks George.  This helped.  I really wanted to measure our rain since we are in a serious drought and we are going to get some rain tomorrow.  Every drop really does count for us.  Jon

Well that sucks... made the mistake of testing my new rain gauge with it sending to the smarthub. Now the Smarthub looks not so smart since I cannot clear the bad data. Come on guys, fix this already! This is really pitiful.

Hello Kip,

Thank you for the feedback. As Rachell stated above it is something we will consider for future updates. If this is something we decide to implement we would let the users on our community forum know at that time. Thank you.

Thanks Jennifer but I don't know. We are nine months into the future from Rachell's post so I doubt this is really on your "consider" list. It should be on your "bug" list since that is what it is. I managed to get it to go away somehow ... deleted it from the smarthub, unplugged the smarthub for five minutes and I've forgotten what else. Anyway, it finally went away leaving me with only a lingering feeling of discontent for having had to waste so much time on something that you guys were already aware of and should have fixed by now. Regards, Kip

Since it seems doomed to just sit on their “consider” list my guess is never. The interface between the gauge and the smarthub is, in a word, poor.
