No luck yet.  They've fairly dropped the ball on this one!

No...I have called (horrible wait), emailed (no reply after days), and I have posted here (no reply).

Terrible.

This is how they show they appreciate their "Loyal Customers".  Their cash register is ringing and they could care less about their customers.  Just wait several months or so if when they don't have enough server capacity and it crashes to run the new Access or the new Access has a bad part.

Does anyone know how to adjust the 5in1 rain gauge. I have been trying for weeks using the instructions in the owners manual. I must have messed it all up, I guess I have to start all over again, but how. I turned in both screws in all the way but that didn't seem to help. The reading is always higher than 1.01", like 1.35, for one cup of water.
Also not able to get the buckets to drop equally, around 25 drops, the best I can get to equal # of drops is 12.
We have given up trying to contact customer service. Presently we're number three in-line for 2 hours now.  Previously waited 3.5 hours to get to #1, then their system crashed.
