Anyone else having an issue with there smarthub not reporting rain fall amounts to AcuRite or WU?I have a 5 in 1 Pro that reports rain amounts to both my displays in the house along with all the other information, I can log into my AcuRite account and see all the data that my displays receive, but no rain totals. On Jan 11th 2018 my 5 in 1 reported 0.13" to the displays but nothing to AcuRite or WU

Mine is showing an old reading from yesterday but the winds and temp are up to date

Ill check the main unit friday and make sure its oriented the correct way. I used a compass but ya never know.

How far is it off?

If you use a compass, be sure you're accounting for magnetic declination.  The solar panels should be aligned toward true south.

Compass read 174 degress so not true south but not enough for me to un screw it and change it

I must just be reading the app wrong/ thinking that the wind direction indicator would show true direction IE the top of my phone isnt always true North. Not a big deal, otherwise i love the thing

WU sent out an email to WU/registered acct holders 1-2 days ago explaining issues and that it should be all fixed

Only when my 5 in 1 is low on batteries... I recommend using Duracell, Black version, not the Red

Hello Brad,

Around what time was the rainfall on the 11th?  Have you had any rain since then where it has not reported either or is this the first time? What is the model number of your smartHUB and how long have you had it for?
