Hello Edilberto,

The altitude is going to be based off the address you enter on your device. This comes from Google maps. Please make sure all the address information is correct. Thank you. Have a great day!

Hello Doug,

We replied to your other post. If you go to My AcuRite >Devices>Edit and scroll towards the bottom there is  way to adjust the elevation. Once this is done click save. It can take sometime to update on My AcuRite.

If google is providing an incorrect elevation, one way to get around this is to set your pressure setting to "station" with an applied adjustment to make it match with a local barometer that you feel is "correct".

Some caveats:

The pressure adjustment is not as fine as it should be, only allowing tenths instead of hundredths.  This bug has been reported.  Just get it as close as you can for now.  It's not critical.

The adjustment won't be sent to wunderground (also a known issue).  Wunderground will get unadjusted station pressure instead.  Wunderground has recently started adjusting pressure for you, so once they figure out you're sending station pressure, they may apply their own adjustment to bring it up to "altimeter" based on your elevation (hopefully the *right* elevation).

I'm having the same exact issue. I'd like to "second" the request to be able to adjust station pressure at the hundredths level. Seems like it would be a very useful fix.

Having same issue on altitude. Google Earth shows average 620 feet but in the dashboard shows 583. Would be nice to have the ability to enter in the correct elevation and not using the pressure means.
