I bought a 13027A3 and the alarm does not sound at all right out of the box. Is there anything I should try? I have set the alarm multiple times and the only thing that happens is the alarm indicator flashes but it emits no sound. Also tried several resets to no avail.
Thank you for posting your concerns with us. If we are able to verify the "Alarm" light is flashing this would indicate the alarm is sounding. You may want to try pressing the "Reset" button while the alarm clock is unplugged and then again after you plug it back in again.
