anyone know how to get a hold of tech support for a smarthub replacement? The network light went out out this morning at 6:42 am. Acurite's posted tech support number is no longer staffed

Their Facebook page seems to be tended to quickly.  https://www.facebook.com/acurite/

Another option is the "live chat" on their web page (www.acurite.com) .  If someone is available, the "live chat" icon will display near the top center of the home page.  If the icon isn't there, they aren't there.  I think it's only staffed during their normal hours.

Then there's their support email address; support@chaney-inst.com

When I was having issues with the Access hub, they replied using this email address:

I have been on hold with customer service for 1h have moved up in the que but the wait time has never been below 20 minuets. I am now number 4 soon I hope, all this for a RMA for warranty repair 
yesterday when I called the system said my wait time was 196 minuets, hung up I have better things to do.
Been trying for 3 weeks to get tis done.

If this keeps up, I will eat the 70 bucks and throw it away, or sell on ebay for 10 bucks plus shipping for all my acurite products.

The said thing is my last system was over 5 years old, the only reason I replaced it was a power surge took it out due to a tree falling on the power line.   he new system lasted for about 6 weeks.
