Just received 5 in 1 Weather station with SmartHub.  Connected up outdoor weather station and indoor Display Panel and everything working properly.  Connected SmartHub to modem and power supply and no lights illuminate on SmartHub.  Checked power supply for SmartHub with voltmeter and voltage reads properly at 5.8V.  How do I get a replacement SmartHub?

Hello Dave,

We understand you said you have no lights, you do not see a green and an amber light on the back of the smartHUB where the power adapter is located?  Thank you and have a great day!

Yes, the internet connection has a flashing amber and green light. There are no other lights anywhere on the Smart Hub.

Hello Dave,

Press the register/activate button for about 10 seconds and then let it go. This will toggle the blue lights on and off. Thank you. Enjoy your day!

I did that and solid blue lights illuminated on both sides of unit. I then tried to setup unit on Myacurite.com website and it would not register. Tried to register multiple times after removing power to unit for 10 seconds, pressing activate for 4 seconds and waiting for hours and it still would not register.

Hello Dave,

What is the model number of your smartHUB? The lights should function as follows: The left blue light is a network status light. It should flash for 1 second each time a reading is sent otherwise it will be steady. The right hand light should be solid steady.  Please power down your router, and smartHUB. Unplug the Ethernet cable from the router as well. Keep them unplugged for about 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes power up the router, and wait for it to get online. Once online go ahead and plug the Ethernet cable in, and power up the smartHUB.

1. Go to settings and click devices.

2. Enter your device ID and zip code.

3. Enter your address information where the smartHUB is located.

4. Select if you want the station pressure which is a raw pressure you can calibrate, or the adjusted pressure which is a calibrated pressure based off your altitude.

5. Click Save.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and add your sensors.

**Note it make take a little bit of time before your sensor information comes up.

If this doesn't correct the problem, please let us know. Thank you. Enjoy your day!
