Just one month after receiving it in Spain, where I live, I receive the email with the information that you will be cancelling the service.
Of course I tried to use the (wonderful) discount code to purchase the new hub, but to my surprise you don't ship to Spain.

I'm in the same situation. I bought my smart hub 7 months ago, and I have it installed in Portugal. Now they gave us a discount code, that I tried to use (luckily, I have family in the US to give them an US address), but then.... WHAT A STUPY THING.... They don't accept my Credit Card because is not from the US..... this company is the worst company I have ever experience until now. Probably I will throw everything from them to the garbage, and make in every way bad marketing to them. They don't really care about their customers.
