Acurite smart hub customer service...over 3 hours on hold

I started the call today as caller #9, well 3 hours 25 minutes later after being caller #1 for over an hour they disconected me. Search " Acurite customer service" on youtube to see the video of this call

you tool i started one call as caller #54 after 45 minutes i was caller #47  i decided to leave call back # as they promised to not lose my spot and call me when it was my turn  then i tried again after no call in 5 hours and this time i started as caller # 44 and after 1 hour and 55 minutes i was caller # 23 i started losing battery power so again i left my # for call back that was 3 days ago still no call back i had also sent an email 3 days ago and no response to that either this after trying 2 phone #s listed on owners manual that are no longer in service

Yup after about 45 minutes I think I was call #4. At just over an hour I became caller #1.....I took several videos expecting an answer and at 3:25 I hear 3 ring and get the message they are unable to take my call. I bought a second smart hub on December 11, 2017 and within a month I get the notice of end of life. I posted in another thread that my warranty would still be in effect and mentioned the fare trade commission and fraud. Suddenly the end of life was extended to beyond any possible warranty of recently sold smart hubs. I have 2 smart hubs and to match the number of sensors I can use now will require 3 Access devices at the tune of another $120. This may be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I almost made it through to get the addotional discount codes but after all I have been through and documented I think I will look into legal action.

i have my own buiness selling media streeaming centers and we would never be that insensitive to customers or we would be out of business very soon

I waited on hold yesterday for over 2 hours then they hung up on me when they closed at 5pm.  I had started as caller #11 and got to #5.  I got up at 5am PT and got on hold this morning to try again. I started caller #2 and I'm still on hold, 53 minutes and counting.... I can't believe that I their website ordering is not working forcing me to go through this call hell.  I would much rather self-serve.
