My family has three Acurite 5 in 1 weather stations. All are reporting offline in MyAcurite dashboard but the local display, bridge and upload to weather underground all appear to be working.

I am having the same issue.  It seems this is becoming a common problem with AcuRite.  Had issues the other day with about 4 hour delay in reporting weather information to myacurite.  It didn't affect sending current information to wunderground.

Same issue here. Last night I saw a message online that they were doing database maintenance. My station reported at 5:30AM EDT. That was the last time it has reported today.

They should at least post a big notice on the main support page about the problem and advise a timeframe for resolution. Units I follow in Michigan and Virginia are all down.

Attempts to call the support lines, 877-221-1252 or 844-228-5465, result in a message indicating that they are currently experiencing system problems and cannot process your call.

Hey Acu-rite: how about implementing a push message (like the ones you already have that tell me the server hasn't been able to communicate with my sensor or smart hub) or web page banner to inform customers when this happens?  My sensor is up on my roof, and I actually considered going up there to take it off its mounting pole and replace the batteries to see if that would fix things.  A quick note from you guys would avoid me needlessly risking life and limb on a slippery roof, plus put my mind at ease that the problem isn't on my end.  Thanks...please do this, ok?

Same thing here, Dashboard will not update as of 1:30am last night. Acurite PC connect has been showing My Acurite not able to data share sometimes. Seems to be a server issue.

I've had the same issue since a little of 6AM; I'm in San Antonio.  Saw them appear to come back around 8AM then back off since then.  I agree, they need push notification so we the customers don't spend time trouble shooting.  Pisses me off!

This is not a new problem. My bridge has been sending data and I still get emails, over the last 2 weeks, asking me to change my batteries. All of the instrument signal strengths are reporting strong or better and all of the batteries are rated as normal. My internet is up and running or you would not be reading this message and the bridge is flashing, indicating it's sending data.  Yesterday I did see a screen that stated their servers were down and  the problem was being worked on. Based on the above replies I would say all of your bridges are working and so are your batteries. Acurite just needs to get their server back up and running. I think the work is underway since I have had seven data points plotted in the last 15 hours from my 5 in 1 station.

It seems that, at least temporarily, the AcuRite page is now working and the WeatherUnderground page is now broken.

Dashboard and the app show all my sensors offline but they are providing correct data (at the moment). I'm still amazed that Acurite has not commented or put an announcement in the announcement category on this forum. Shame on you Acurite for the pitiful lack of communication to your thousands of customers.

Hello All,

We did experience an outage on My AcuRite. The outage is not something we were expecting. This should now be corrected, and your accounts should be online and transmitting. We apologize for the frustration and lack of communication. We are currently working on a more effective way to communicate with our customers regarding My AcuRite.  Thank you.

Apparently the problems have not been completely resolved.  My system started having problems on 1/19/17. It was offline all day.  On 1/20/17 it was online occasionally and updating WU, but not Acurite.  It would go offline after 2 to 3 hours.  My Dashboard indicated it was offline since 1/19, even though it was updating WU.  It has been down for 13 hours today and no longer updating WU.

My Dashboard says the last update was at 5:10PM today. But it DID NOT update MyAcurite nor WU at that time.

Hello Don,

In looking at your account it looks like you are getting an intermittent connection. The servers are now stabilized and everyone should be transmitting online. Do you have the smartHUB plugged directly into the router or are you using a port or switch?  We do recommend that it is plugged directly into the router via the Ethernet cable provided.  Please power cycle the smartHUB and router for about 2 minutes. You will want to remove the Ethernet cable from the router as well.  After the 2 minutes, power up the router, and wait for it come back online. After you power up the router plug the Ethernet cable back in, and power up the smartHUB. The lights should function as follows: The left blue light is a network status light. It should flash for 1 second each time a reading is sent otherwise it will be steady. The right hand light should be solid steady. Once you see this your information should be transmitting online. Let us know if you continue to have a problem.

I don't see any disconnections since you fixed your servers last week sometime. I've always been connected through a switch and connecting to the router directly is not possible due to its location and full Ethernet connections at the router. I don't understand why all my sensors show "yellow" for connection strength, especially the 5-1 as it is only 12 feet from the bridge. But all is working

Hello Don,

In looking at your account we can see that your 5n1 is showing strong signal strength, and the garage is great signal strength as well. The Varanda is currently offline. It looks likes you are getting good signal and are in the green with the sensors that are online. Thank you.
