Acurite not updating

Weather Underground is reporting, Acurite is not. But strange messages on it say it is updated, but readings are not correct and the bar is red not green. I just replaced the outdoor head unit with new 01092 thats for the 01036 head unit. I also did the Pro+ upgrade too. I reset the head unit and waited for about 2 minutes till it started working and was getting signals. Connected and WU ok, Acurate no. three hours and no change.

You may be seeing your old device (entry).
Did you ADD your new unit to your dashboard (it should show as 'available' at the bottom of the Device management screen)?

It replaced my old device as it was damaged. The display is reading outside unit. Those readings are making it to WU. The dashboard is showing  a red bar but the last refresh was correct time and date. The figures are not correct.

Just for kicks, I told the dashboard the part number of the new head unit outside. Now i am getting a green bar but no readings yet. That may take awhile. If that works thanks!!

Changing the name of the sensor should not have affected the updates on My AcuRite. We can see you are currently updating on My AcuRite at this time. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
