Hello Margie,

To correct the time you will need to enter "Set Mode" on this clock.  To enter set mode press and hold the "Set" button locate on the side of the clock until "Select Time Zone" appears on the display.  Once in Set Mode the preference you are currently setting will blink on the clock.  After you verify your time zone is correct, press and release "Set" again then you will see Auto DST flashing. You want this ON if your are is affected by Daylight Savings Time.  Press and release "Set" again, you will see hour flashing, verify this is correct then press "Set" again to change your minutes.  Press the up and down arrows to adjust the minutes.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.  Thank you and have a great day!

I have the same problem and have done all of the above, but the clock still gains at least four minutes every two days.  The time is faster than any of the area clocks including the TV stations.

Hi
I have set to the right time zone (Brisbane, Queensland, Australia) but my clock remains 4 minutes slow. Have tried taking the battery out, but still 4 minutes slow.
How can I fix?

Hello Kristi,

To correct the time you will need to go into the set mode. To do so Press and hold the "set" button, located on the side of the clock until "SELECT TIME ZONE" appears on the display to enter SET MODE. Once in SET MODE the preference you are currently setting will blink on the clock. To adjust the currently selected (flashing) item, press and release the “up” or “down” buttons.

To save your adjustments, press and release the “SET” button to adjust the next preference. The preference set order is as follows:

TIME ZONE (see table below)**

AUTO DST (ON or OFF)*

CLOCK HOUR

CLOCK MINUTE

CALENDAR MONTH

CALENDAR DATE

CALENDAR YEAR

TEMPERATURE UNITS (oF or oC)

You will automatically exit SET MODE.

If you need any further assistance please let us know. Thank you.
