Are you using AcuRite Connect version 1.2.1? If you are not, please download the most recent version. If you are, please try to unplug your display from the computer, shut down AcuRite Connect, and restart your computer. Once the computer has rebooted, open the software and plug in the display. Please fill out the information needed on AcuRite Connect if it has been deleted again. When you enter in the Wunderground information please make sure you are typing the correct Station ID and password. Do not copy and paste.
