AcuRite Connect Not Receiving Data

Hey,
So I am trying to get my 5-in-1 weather station (01036) to send data to the AcuRite connect software. I have the USB mode on 3, and software shows that it detects the console and is receiving data, i.e. says " Data Received OK... ". However, when i either try to manually transfer the data or schedule it, I get an error that says there is "No Weather data available at this time". The console is very plainly showing data. Any help or suggestions? I have tried resetting and restarting the consul, as well as trying different usb ports.

Be aware the internal data longer only has an entry written every 12 minutes.

Is it streaming data to myAcurite and/or wunderground OK?

No, plus I let it run for a couple hours. There have been no csv files created.

Personally, I'd get the streaming running first, simply because it's easier to debug when data is flowing every 18 seconds rather than waiting 12 minutes.

I know, but when I entire in my streaming code and press stream, it just sits there and processes, as if it is waiting on a signal... A quick check online also shows no data uploaded.

I just installed my acurite weather station, but when I connected my USB to my mac, it shows that it received some data but I cannot register on my acurite app to see my weather station. Does any body have a solution?

Hello Nawaf,
We did post on the thread you had created: 
When we log into your My AcuRite account we can see that you have not registered the Device ID/MAC address to the account yet.  Please log into My AcuRite, click the '+' tab located in the top left corner and add a name, Device ID, and zip code then click next.  The site will walk you through the rest of the set up procedure.  Once this is done, you should start viewing data after about 10 minutes.  Thank you and have a great day!

My 02032C is registered, PC Connect window says Sending Data to both Acurite and WU, but Mac's Activity Monitor shows no data sent. Underthewx does work and shows data sent and received. Have turned Sharing off and on a couple times with no data actually being sent.

Hello Chris,

When was your model purchased? What USB mode are you on? Can you please share what the whole status says in the top left hand corner of the AcuRite PC connect software? Thank you.
