AcuRite Bridge Does Not Work - Solid Green / Amber Network Lights

My AcuRite bridge no longer works. It has two solid blue lights on either side and the ethernet status lights are solid green and amber. When I check my router DHCP leases the bridge does not show up as it is not pulling an IP address correctly. I have tried the reset procedure multiple times with no success (unplug bridge for 2 minutes, unplug router, plug router back in, plug bridge back in).

The device itself appears to be completely bricked for some reason and after seeing so many others with the same issue I realize it is not just me. Please let me know how I can get a replacement.

Hello Jonathan,

Have you been on my AcuRite previously?  Are the lights on your smartHUB solid as described above?  Please power cycle your smartHUB and router. To do this, you will unplug your Ethernet cable from the router then the adapter for the HUB. After this you can unplug your router. Please leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. When you plug them back in plug the router in first and let it completely boot up, then you can plug the Ethernet cable into the router after that the adapter. Try to add your device to My AcuRite by clicking the plus tab at the top of the page. Please let us know if you continue to have issues. Thank you!
