Acurite APP doesn't work in Australia

I bought a 5-in-1 weather station 01356-RX in Australia expecting to have access to the data on my phone using acurite APP as informed by the vendor. I followed all the steps (providing the post code and state in  USA). The vendor instruction mentioned changes in Lat and Long, this option doesn't exist in this version of the software. Is there a way I can set up this station to work properly and see the data in the APP or it doesn't work outside of USA?

Mine was bought and installed in Mexico and is working, everything seems to be working properly but your right, the lat/long is incorrect.

Please understand that currently My AcuRite and its products are only supported within the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. We will certainly keep this in mind for possible future updates to the site.  Thank you.

HI Rachel, sorry but you did not respond to my question. I bought the station in Australia  (one of the countries you mentioned above) could you please let me know how I set up Acurite APP to show up my station and forecast to my location instead than the USA location that you recommended to input the State and post code.

Hello Auro,
At this time you cannot manually adjust latitude and longitude on My AcuRite.  Do you mean you are using model 01536? My AcuRite does have Australia as a country you can choose to enter in the address information.  My AcuRite is supported in Australia.
