Acurite Agents off the Air today

Called customer support for my Access today.  Phone message says that the agents are not available because of some "internal issue."  Anyone had this experience?  Strike?  Revolt?  Fire?

I think their agents are taking 99% of the flack, and maybe they are being verbally abused. It's not their fault. They are just there to take your order and try to relay whatever is handed down to them. I never get upset when speaking with reps or agents of any company. I save that for when I'm speaking with someone who actually has something to do with the problem/solution.

Agreed.  My issue is not with the agents; I haven't spoken to any.  My issue is with the company and I wonder what the "internal issue" is.
